The
President of JWCI, James S. "Jim" Jones, P.E. has
been participating in the
engineering field over 40 years. His involvement in the profession
has been varied including serving as representatives for municipal entities. Mr. Jones served over 10 years as acting City and Village
Engineer for Tallmadge, Ohio and Windham, Ohio respectively. JWCI is
currently the Village Engineer for Maineville,
Harveysburg, Bowersville, Jamestown, Cedarville, Sabina, Octa and Spring
Valley. Mr. Jones currenlty serves as the City Engineer and Public Service Director for the City of Xenia, Ohio as well. This varied experience has provided a
well-balanced perspective to share with the JWCI
clientele in order to
serve their needs more efficiently. Mr. Jones, as well as the staff
are driven with strong desire to provide exceptional client services,
along with comparable design capabilities.
After
years of working in large multi-disciplined organizations, where the
client became a number and overhead grew uncontrollably, the owners of JWCI
decided to revert back to the concept that founded the
consulting engineering firm: personal relationships and true owner
involvement. Therefore, in 1994 they formed Jones Warner
Consultants, Inc.
