regulations. Served as deputy mayor, as well as vice president of
the board. Successfully participated in and facilitated several
collective bargaining agreements as well as directly supervised three

a family owned operation of over 100 employees, Shawn was one of
four key management people who were not family. He was hired as a
dispatcher and aggressively advanced through the company learning a
multitude of responsibilities. When Shawn left in 1997, not only was
he responsible for all hiring, he was also responsible for delivery
coordination with the dispatchers, directly supervised over 30 employees
and executed all aspects of credit and collections for sales in excess of
$10 million annually. He assisted in the coordination, scheduling
and management of numerous construction projects as well as compliance
officer for many state and federal regulations.
